I've been three times now and each time was so much fun! I love glamorous pink decor, fabulous bathrooms and Pomeranian wall! Not only that, but the food was amazing! Every dish was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The cocktails were also a highlight - super fun and creative, perfect for a night out with girlfriends. Can't wait to go back!

Came here after we found out the restaurant next door was an hour wait. This place was amazingly decorated, very pink, pretty small but optimized the space well. Menu was medium sized and a little on the pricier side (cocktail bar prices). We just came in for a beer (pink beer, duh), and we had a good time enjoying the entertainment that night. Would definitely come again will my girls and a pink outfit on.

First time - did not disappoint! The chicken lollipops were delicious along with the shrimp cocktail. The loaded fries had a lot of cheese sauce on there, would ask for less or maybe on the side next time. Cocktail- had the Dolly part-time was good not to sweet. Also tried the mocktail- thank you for being a friend, was very good!!

The vibe matches the name - a lovely venue to take a hot hot date. The music was bumpin', the cocktails were delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Ordered the Bubblicious (x2), old fashioned (made perfectly), and a couple of Dolly's house shots to round out our date night. The location makes for an easy multi venue date night adventure as well, start at Dolly's, move over to the common (next door), then head downstairs to 9910. The 109th street trifecta.

Made a reservation for 4. Our 4th was a bit late and they were putting a lot of pressure on us to fill the spot which was sort of anxiety inducing. The food was alright, the drinks were good but a bit over priced especially given their size, but it’s a very pretty and aesthetically pleasing place.

Going to Dolly's was such a pleasant experience just as it was, but our server Nicole made the night even better! The place is a perfect spot for a girls night out, but the service was even more spectacular. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a fun night out and great food/drinks.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Dolly's last night, start to finish. We walked into a fantastic vibe of great music and a real sense of joy in the room, from both guests and staff alike. We were immediately greeted by a team member named Ronan, who was so kind and made us remarkable mocktails later in the evening. We were sat, and the magic began. Not only was the energy incredible, but the combination of amazing tag team service from Emma and Freddie was unmatched. We always felt attended to, but never bothered. Although we could have just sat for hours on end, vibing to the great music from the DJ, we came to eat. And oh my did we eat. I contacted Chef Bri a month in advance (in preparation for my beautiful partners birthday dinner) and was able to have them accommodate our many allergies and preferences. To say we were blown out of the water is an absolute understatement. They made sure to incorporate some of their classic dishes as well as some off menu items that suited our allergies. We couldn't have been more impressed. Each dish had its own personality and vibrance. We had a total of 8 incredible dishes and each one went back empty. Everything was THAT good. The whole entire experience was top notch. Service, exceptional. Food, remarkable. Vibes, immaculate. I am all for folks having the right to their own opinions, but if you don't think Dolly's is one of the, if not the best spot in Edmonton, you should put on a vest with a bunch of pockets and take a hike. Respectfully. Thanks for the best evening! 1000/10 can't wait to return.

We had so much fun here. Waitress was so patient with our large party and all the drink were so fun. I finally lost my Pornstar Martini Virginity and it was so good! The lavender haze tastes like fruit loops and the house shot is so so good. We came too late for food but we will definitely be back to try it! Such a fun vibe in there will definitely be a repeat
